Vulcabras and Under Armour set partnership in Brazil
The two companies have announced an agreement by which, for ten years, Vulcabras will have exclusivity in the distribution and licensing of the Under Armour brand in Brazil for all footwear, clothing and acessories
According to the local press, Pedro Bartelle, CEO of Vulcabras Azaleia confirmed its satisfaction with the agreement by saying: "This agreement demonstrates our commitment to portfolio diversification and our growth strategy in South America. We are ready to make available all our expertise and resources to help the brand reach its full growth potential in Brazil."
Under the agreement, approved by CADE (Administrative Council for Economic Defense), the Brazilian company will manage the imports, development and manufacture of local products, as well as being responsible for managing the brand and its distribution channels in the country.
