Vans and Nintendo in collaboration
The new sneakers line is aimed at the game lovers and is part of Vans intense activity of partnerships with pop culture entities
Vans is partnering with Nintendo for a line of shoes inspired by the video game company’s classic 8-bit era.
Mario, Link, Princess Peach and more famous characters are all represented in this new line of sneakers, which consist of Vans’ classic Sk8-Hi and Old Skool styles.
Vans’ line of Nintendo shoes is expected to be launched in June.
Vans approach of collaborating with pop culture is not something new, and follows previous partnerships with Star Wars and The Beatles, for example.
