US Olympics and Nike extend partnership
The United States Olympic Committee and Nike, Inc. announced the extension of Nike’s sponsorship of the USOC through 2020. This extension includes providing footwear and apparel for US Olympic and Paralympic athletes
The deal also considers the medal stand uniform for the award podium and during medal ceremonies at the 2018 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games in PyeongChang, South Korea, and 2020 Olympic and Paralympic Games in Tokyo, Japan.
Nike will also outfit Team USA at the 2016 Olympic and Paralympic Games in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, as part of its previous contract.
