Shoe-themed hotel to open in St. Louis
Entrepreneur Jim Osher has announced plans to open a new accommodation establishment
Mr. Osher owns the former Buster Brown Blue Ribbon Shoe Factory building at 1516 N. Jefferson Avenue.
The four-story 85 000-sqared feet brick building was built in 1901 and is on the National Register of Historic Places in the US.
Mr. Osher palns to turn the iconic structure into a footwear-themed hotel, with the building to also house restaurants and outdoor complexes for music as well as a brewery.
