Schuh strengthens executive team
The Genesco-owned footwear retailer has appointed Stephanie Legg as Chief Marketing Officer and Justin Lodge as Chief Digital Officer as part of its efforts to attract younger generations
With more than 20 years of experience in distributed commerce and multichannel consumer marketing, Stephanie Legg will lead the marketing, partnerships and public relations departments at Schuh. Her experience in the fashion industry includes leadership roles at digital platforms Laybuy, Threads Styling and Collagerie, and more than 10 years leading digital and brand marketing at Arcadia Group.
As Chief Digital Officer, the omnichannel retail expert Justin Lodge will oversee digital marketing, CRM, digital commerce and user experience (UX). He joined Schuh from Superdry, where he was Chief Marketing Officer, leading the strategy and execution of digital channels. Previously, he was the International Director of e-tailer Boohoo.
They will both report to the President of the retailer, Colin Temple. “It is more important than ever that we make our customer touchpoints as seamless and inspiring as possible, which can be demanding in this ever-changing marketplace. I am delighted to have two new leaders bringing a wealth of experience that will continue to deliver growth for Schuh”, he said.
