Roberto Massardi is Prada's new Chief Business Development Officer
The Italian luxury brand appointed Roberto Massardi as chief business development officer in May. Mr. Massardi will be responsible for the strategic development of the group
In his new role Roberto Massardi will report directly to the company's Chief Executives. His work will be highly focused on assessing new business opportunities.
This new appointment represents the return of Mr. Massardi to the Prada group. In 1996, he joined the Prada Group as Business Development Director. In 2000 he left the group and joined German luxury label Jil Sander, where he took the responsibility of being the brand’s General Director. After that he served as General Manager at the parent company of Italian luxury menswear and accessories brand Stone Island, where he was General Manager since 2005.
