Puma appoints new Chief Financial Officer
The German-based sportswear company has appointed Markus Neubrand as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and a member of the Management Board. Most recently, he was CFO at Guess
Neubrand joins Puma from Guess, where he was also Chief Financial Officer. Previously, he served as Group Chief Financial Officer for the luxury fashion brand MCM Worldwide and as Chief Operating and Chief Financial Officer at Hugo Boss for the Americas region. At Puma, he will oversee Finance, Investor Relations, Legal, IT and Business Solutions from the 1st of October.

Markus Neubrand succeeds Hubert Hinterseher, whose contract will end by mutual agreement on the 31st of December 2024. Until then, he will ensure a smooth for his successor. “I would like to thank Hubert for all of his achievements at Puma. With his great commitment and dedication to the brand and Puma family, he has contributed to our success over the past 20 years. I wish him all the best for his professional and personal future”, concluded Freundt.
