Portuguese Shoes launches 2016 campaign
Actress Victoria Guerra is the face of the Portuguese Footwear Industry’s new campaign for 2016
APICCAPS, the Portuguese Footwear, Components and Leather Goods Manufacturers’ Association, in charge of developing the campaign Portuguese Shoes: The sexiest industry in Europe, just launched the new campaign’s official video.
The chosen scenery was Quinta de Lemos, located in Viseu in the centre of Portugal, and the resulting video and photography reflect the sophistication, elegance and quality of Portuguese footwear industry.
Since the campaign Portuguese Shoes: The sexiest industry in Europe was launched, Portuguese footwear exports increased by more than 50%, having reached the 1 900 million euros threshold in 2014.
Currently, Portugal exports 95% of its production to more than 150 countries across the globe and the aim, according to APICCAPS, is to further strengthen the presence of the Portuguese footwear industry in international markets.
