Pharrell Williams supports FromOneHandToAnOTHER
The American artist is taking an active part in the campaign by releasing an array of unique items on a new eBay auction to help underprivileged children
Along with several other celebrities, Pharrell Williams initiated a series of eBay auctions called FromOneHandToAnOTHER. Included in this extraordinary assemblage are truly rare pieces such as the notorious Nick Fouquet hat worn by Pharrell himself at his 2014 Grammy performance and Astronaut Logo prints pulled straight from the ceiling of the Billionaire Boys Club New York flagship. Some other rare items from his private collection being auctioned include a pair of the new Y-3 Yohji Boost sneakers, a pair of Stan Smith sneakers that will come customized, a pair of Bee Line x Timberland boots, the Nelly x Honey Nut Cheerious x Nike LeBron 10 sneakers, and Heineken x McNary saddle shoes.
These items are quite exclusive and rare to find, which adds more interest to the auction and aims to grab the attention of collectors. An evidence of such is the current bid of two of the more popular items, two days ahead of the auction’s deadline: the pair of Stan Smith sneakers is showing a current bid of over 1 100 euros, and the Y-3 Yohji Boost sneakers over 960 euros.
The auctions aim to help raise money to underprivileged kids, helping them to get access to the educational tools they need to succeed and will end on the 22nd of May.
