Parfois aims to have 30 stores in Romania
The Portugal-based company just opened a new store in the country, increasing to seven the number of local points of sale. The store is located in Parklake, the new shopping center in Bucharest
The Romanian market is a priority for Parfois and the brand aims to reach 30 stores within the next eight years. Vasco Pereira, in charge for the brand in the region, noted that this year alone, Parfois already opened three stores in the country, where the brand is growing at an impressive 22% per year.
Very encouraging numbers to support the strong expansion plan for the Eastern Europe country: "We now have seven stores in the country and the aim is to reach 25 or 30 stores in the next five to eight years, which means growing at a rate of three to four stores per year."
Of the seven physical stores in Romania, six are located in shopping centers at the capital, and now the brand’s should expand into a franchising system and move to some secondary cities.
Parfois was born in 1994 by the hand of Manuela Medeiros, and is constantly focusing on developing products with “a distinctive design within the fast fashion area, where the constant flow of new products feeds sales and attract new customers”. A combination of attractive price and design guaranteed the brand significant success in Portugal, where 70% of customers visit the store at least once a month.
Currently, the brand is present in 60 countries with 750 stores across Europe, Latin America, Africa and Asia.
