Nike to move into new London headquarters
With the lease on its current UK headquarters set to expire in 2020, the US-based sportswear has reportedly signed a long-term lease for a new 11-storey building in the North London district of King’s Cross
According to several reports on the media, Nike plans to move its headquarters to a new development in King's Cross, joining Google, Facebook, Universal Music and LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton, which have already moved into that neighborhood.
The company is due to move into the new building, with over 60 000 square foot, next year after building work is complete. Nike’s new headquarters in the British capital will be almost twice the size of its current location at Soho’s Wardour Street, with 35 000 square feet, and located near Nike Town flagship store on Oxford Street.
