New members added to Ferragamo's Board of Directors
The Board of Directors of the Florence-based luxury group has appointed by co-optation Frédéric Biousse and Annalisa Loustau Elia as Independent Directors
In a meeting held yesterday the Board of Directors of Salvatore Ferragamo chaired by Leonardo Ferragamo, has appointed as Directors by co-optation Frédéric Biousse and Annalisa Loustau Elia.
The new Directors were co-opted - in compliance with the provisions contained in Article 20 of the company’s Articles of Association and with applicable laws and regulations, after obtaining the favourable opinion of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the approval of the Board of Statutory Auditors - to replace Directors Marinella Soldi and Micaela le Divelec Lemmi, who resigned from their offices respectively on the 27th of July 27 and the 7th of September 2021.
The Directors Frédéric Biousse and Annalisa Loustau Elia will remain in office until the next Shareholders’ Meeting.
During the same meeting, the Board of Directors of Salvatore Ferragamo S.p.A. appointed the Independent Director Annalisa Loustau Elia as a new member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Independent Director Anna Zanardi Cappon as Chairperson of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
