New leadership appointments announced at Allbirds
The US-based sustainable footwear brand has promoted Kelly Olmstead, formerly SVP of Brand & Marketing, to Chief Marketing Officer, and appointed Adrian Nyman to the newly created role of Chief Design Officer

Kelly Olmstead brings more than 25 years of experience in marketing strategy, digital marketing, brand communications, public relations and social media in the sporting goods, footwear and apparel industries to her new role. Before joining Allbirds in 2023, she was Chief Marketing Officer at Hanna Andersson and, previously, spent two decades at adidas.
Adrian Nyman, who most recently served as Chief Brand Officer for electric vehicle innovator ARRIVAL, “where he leveraged his personal passion for sustainable products”, also brings more than 20 years of experience in footwear and apparel. He spent 13 years at Nike, where he held positions of increasing responsibility.
