Launched by the Portuguese Footwear, Components, Leather Goods Manufacturers’ Association, the new campaign showcases a dynamic sector that is growing every year by combining experience and creativity
Shaping dreams. Drawing. Redoing. Tending. Repairing. Creating unique, disruptive and timeless pieces. Imprinting mastery into the skin. These are some of the verbs that drive Portugal's leather goods sector, where art and perfection combine with know-how to create true works of art that reach the world's four corners.
The Portuguese leather goods sector employs hundreds of people whose dedication and expertise design, cut, sew, assemble and deliver products that last a lifetime, reaching over 50 countries every year. According to the Portuguese Footwear, Components, Leather Goods Manufacturers’ Association (APICCAPS), through them, the Made in Portugal label carries a lexicon of innovation, quality, and design.
