New brand president at The North Face
VF Corp has announced the appointment of Caroline Brown as Global Brand President of The North Face, effective from the 10th of June. As a result, she has resigned from VF’s Board of Directors
With extensive experience in the fashion and apparel sector, Caroline Brown served as an independent director on the VF Board from February 2024 to May 2024. Most recently, she was Managing Director of Closed Loop Partners, a New York-based investment firm focused on the circular economy. Previously, she served as Chief Executive Officer of Donna Karan International (DKI) and DKNY, President of Carolina Herrera and US Chief Executive Officer of Akris. Brown began her career at Giorgio Armani, where she spent more than a decade in marketing and communications leadership roles.

VF Corp has also announced that Mindy Grossman and Kirk Tanner have been appointed independent directors on the VF Board and will stand for re-election at the 2024 Annual Meeting of VF Shareholders. Benno Dorer has decided not to stand for re-election at the 2024 Annual Meeting.
