National Retail Foundation announces new board members
The National Retail Foundation (NRF), which is part of the National Retail Federation, has welcomed four new members to its board of directors
Monica Davila, senior vice president of human resources for Gap, Michael Keinath, vice president and chief talent officer for Dick’s Sporting Goods, Martin Scaglione, chief mission officer for Goodwill Industries International, and Justin Smith, senior vice president for talent acquisition at Burlington Stores, are the new members of the board of directors of NRF.
“We are honoured to welcome this impressive and accomplished group of leaders to the NRF Foundation Board of Directors. Their valuable insights, expertise and passion will accelerate the NRF Foundation’s work to attract and prepare the next generation of retail talent”, commented NRF Foundation Executive Director Adam Lukoskie.
The NRF Foundation is a not-for-profit organisation that teaches skills (including customer service and sales) and provides resources (such as programmes and scholarships) to those seeking a career in the retail industry. It is part of the US-based retail trade association National Retail Federation.
