Mytheresa to be renamed LuxExperience

The luxury e-commerce platform Mytheresa will be rebranded as LuxExperience following the proposed acquisition of Yoox Net-a-Porter (YNAP) from Richemont
Combining the strengths of Mytheresa and YNAP, LuxExperience will become an umbrella for prominent online luxury retail brands, each of which will retain its distinctiveness and offer a specialised selection of top luxury labels to an international clientele.
“The introduction of the new group name LuxExperience reflects our ambition to strengthen our position as a leading global multi-brand digital luxury group that builds a community for true luxury enthusiasts and creates desirability through digital and physical experiences”, said Mytheresa CEO Michael Kliger.
In October 2024, Mytheresa and Richemont reached an agreement for MyTheresa to acquire YNAP, which includes NET-A-PORTER, MR PORTER, YOOX and THE OUTNET brands. Going forward, and subject to shareholder approval and regulatory clearance, LuxExperience plans to maintain its presence on the New York Stock Exchange, trading under the new symbol LUXE.
