More buyers at the last edition of Lineapelle

Amid an “economic phase that still presents significant challenges”, the February edition of Lineapelle closed with a 7% increase in buyers compared to the previous edition in September
Held between the 25th and the 27th of February 2025, the last edition of the leather leading event for the luxury, fashion, and design supply chains ended with a total of 24 977 visitors, including 18 833 buyers, up by 7% from the September 2024 edition.
According to the organisation, these figures confirm “Lineapelle’s absolute leadership as an unmissable international event, while also demonstrating its incredible creative and innovative dynamism”. “This vitality offers potential reassurance despite the ongoing complexities of the current economic climate”, it added.
In particular, the 105th edition of the event highlighted a strong return to the most authentic and natural aspects of leather and materials.
Among the highlights of the trade fair were the seven Lineapelle Designers Edition fashion shows, the 20 exclusive Lineapelle Interiors installations, the In The Making artisanal workshop (organised with Giorgio Linea) and the exhibition ‘Parole e Taffetà Chapter II: Animalia’, dedicated to Anna Piaggi.
The next edition will take place from the 23rd to the 25th of September 2025 and will focus on the Autumn-Winter 2026/2027 season. Due to the preparations for the Winter Olympics Milan-Cortina 2026, it will be moved inside the Fiera Milano Rho exhibition centre to pavilions 1-3, 2-4 and 5-7.
