MICAM wraps up with a 35 470 attendance
Under the hashtag #finallytogether, MICAM, Mipel, TheOneMilano, and the HOMI Fashion&Jewels Exhibition brought together 35 470 industry professionals over the past few days at Fieramilano Rho in Milan
The international footwear show MICAM Milano and international leather goods and fashion accessories showcase Mipel joined forces with TheOneMilano, featuring Haute-à-Porter (part of the Confindustria Moda galaxy) and HOMI Fashion&Jewels Exhibition to bring together buyers from all over the world. These fashion trade fairs, which were held between the 18th to the 20th of September, together, attracted 35 470 industry professionals, more 20% than the March's edition.
The organization highlighted the "enthusiastic participation" of stands from Spain, France, and Germany, as well as the presence of many buyers from the US and Canada, and the return of Japanese buyers in "large numbers".
In addition to the traditional business opportunities, visitors at Fieramilano Rho also found "plenty of space" dedicated to sustainability projects for an increasingly responsible industry, initiatives aimed at showcasing young talents, and a packed programme of workshops and events to assess new developments on the market and learn more about issues of current relevance to the fashion industry.
