Is your company producing green goods in an eco-friendly way?
Today you have the opportunity to fill a questionnaire which will help you answering that question. The answers to the questionnaire will feed the implementation of European Union LIFE project GREEN SHOES 4 ALL

About Green Shoes 4 All

In the last years, the increased awareness and concerns about the environmental impact of consumption led to the emergence of the called “green products”, green labels and product environmental certification. However, most of the time, due to the inexistence of a clear and single certification or label the companies face some difficulties in the measurement and communication to the market of their greener products and sustainability.

The project Green Shoes 4 All aims to implement, demonstrate and disseminate a Footwear Product Environmental Footprint (PEF) methodology and to develop efficient eco-design, recycling and manufacturing solutions, in order to obtain performing shoes with a lower PEF.

In particular, LIFE GreenShoes4All intends to achieve a Single Market for Green Products by promoting the great added value of the innovative PEF Category Rules (PEFCRs) methodology. The project is also intended to test and demonstrate new recycling routes in the EU footwear value chain and to establish and compare, through demonstrative experimentations, innovative eco-design concepts and eco processes for shoes manufacturing.

The project is now collecting feedback through a questionnaire, which you can answer HERE

The answers to this questionnaire will feed the implementation of LIFE GREEN SHOES 4 ALL project. The project envisages the production and use of truly green products by contributing to the Footwear environmental footprint category rules implementation, a method to measure the environmental performance of each specific shoe, and a green label.
