Filipa Julio, the creator of Josefinas, was inspired by the movie Thelma & Louise, a classic from the decade of the 90s.

In the movie, Thelma and Louise took a journey together into a true friendship quest which helped them discover their true selves. Together, they discovered their B Side. “They said: get a life, and so they did”. They discovered a world where they could be free, at least for a while.

According to the brand and its creator, the inspiration comes from the power of true friendship between women and the strength of non-conformism, the main topic of the movie.

The successful quest by the two characters to find their B side is totally different and that's why Filipa called Side B to this new sneakers collection.

Superior quality leather has been used in the sneakers construction with an aim to empower the products and the new collection can be used with four different faux fur accessories, symbolizing the free spirit of every woman.
