First Milano Digital Fashion Week
Camera della Moda (the Fashion Chamber in Italy) is launching its first Milano Digital Fashion Week, to run from the 14th to the 17th of July, and showcasing Spring/Summer 2021 collections
Milan is preparing to have its first digital fashion week this summer, as reported by WWD.
With the event scheduled to take place from the 14th to the 17th of July, a showcase of spring-summer 2021 men’s collection’s together with women’s and men’s pre-collections for next spring will be featured. Organized by the Camera Nazionale della Moda Italiana the event has been named Milano Digital Fashion Week.
Camera della Moda will be proposing a digital platform featuring photographic and video content, interviews and backstages of creative moments and alternative viewpoints, all organized in a calendar with slots for each brand, the aim being to create a rich and varied palimpsest of use to all operators in the industry. The calendar will also include webinars on themes of special interest to operators in the sector (accreditation required), live streaming of keynotes by important figures in the fashion system, and moments of entertainment/live performances.
Parallel to the presentations of collections at the Milano Digital Fashion Week, there will be a section of the platform specially dedicated to showrooms.
