Feet it wants to revolutionize the way online shopping works
Measuring the foot to facilitate the online purchase process, anywhere in the world and without the fear of facing returns. This is the starting point of the Feet it app
A Made in Portugal application aiming to facilitate the online shopping experience.
Through the app or website Feet It users can create their foot profile. The feet can be scanned for length, width and volume, making it possible to find the perfect shoe for the user, based on the stored information. Users will be able to compare different sizes and models to their foot size, using the specific features and boundaries of their feet to find the perfect match, either by receiving on demand recommendations or by using the test tool to “virtually” try on different shoe sizes and models, according to their foot profile.
The next step is to choose the shoes and simply buy.
"We know that people have less and less time to shop, looking increasingly differentiated products and do not like to waste time on returns and exchanges. So we developed this innovative application that, based on an algorithm, can specify the size of each foot", explains André Garcês, co-founder and project promoter.
"Our main concern are the customers. We want the experience to be simple, intuitive, convenient, seamless and shareable," adds Miguel Araújo, co-founder and developer of IT.
The project has Portuguese roots and was born through the start-up composed by André Garcês and Miguel Araújo. The application is free and is available in the App Store and Feet It website.
