EuroShoes@CPM closes with record attendance
The leading event of the Russian fashion industry, held from the 30th of August to the 2nd of September at the Expocentre Fairgrounds in Moscow, received about 18 500 people
Organized by the alliance of the two largest exhibitions in Russia and the CIS countries, namely, EURO SHOES premiere collection and CPM Collection Première Moscow, the event presented collections for the SS'23 season of more than 200 brands of shoes, bags and accessories from Europe and Russia. In addition to regular exhibitors from Germany, Italy, Spain, Austria, France, Finland, Turkey and Russia, the fair welcomed new participants from India, Belarus, Uzbekistan, and Iran. Overall, approximately 18 500 professional visitors attended the event, among buyers, retailers, manufacturers, and distributors of fashion brands.
"Despite the difficult realities, we can confidently state that Euro Shoes was successful. All the main participants, including the European ones, decided not to leave the Russian market, and their results and impressions exceeded all our expectations. We are also very glad that our new exhibitors have already confirmed their participation in the next winter edition", commented Anastasia Kornilyeva, director of EURO SHOES premiere collection.
The organization added that, for the first time, Euro Shoes concentrated a noteworthy number of children's shoe brands. Responding to the increasing demand, the next edition, which will also take place at the Expocentre Fairgrounds, on a date yet to be announced, will include a full-fledged children's pavilion, alongside other thematic sections.
