Dr. Martens closes the year growing
The iconic footwear brand Dr Martens sold 12.1 million pairs of shoes in the 12 months ending on the 21st of March 2021, an increase in volume of 14.4% compared to the previous business year
The company announced revenue of 773 million British pounds, an increase of 15% year on year. Earnings before tax totalled 71 million British pounds.
Chief Executive Kenny Wilson highlighted that “achieving increased sales volumes and revenues during a global pandemic illustrated the strength of the brand”.
