Diesel founder interested in Roberto Cavalli
Entrepreneur Renzo Rosso is reportedly interested in acquiring the Italian luxury label through his OTB holding company. He is one the founders of Diesel, the Italian retail company with headquarters in Breganze
Renzo Rosso is allegedly interested in buying the luxury Italian brand through his holding company OTB, according to news reports. However, he is not the only one in the running to buy the Roberto Cavalli brand and several other companies are interested in buying the luxury fashion brand.
Cavalli is controlled by private equity firm Clessidra, which is reportedly considering a partial or total sale. In October, the company confirmed that it hired Rothschild to look for a minority partner to help fund growth.
