“Traceability is a collective challenge. We encourage the search for solutions that identify the journey that the material or input has taken, from origin to delivery”, reads the CICB Sustainability Forum website ahead of the 13th of March event, organised by the Brazilian Tanning Industry Centre (CICB) and the Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency (ApexBrasil).
Ricardo Andrade, Technical and Sustainability Advisor at CICB, will kick off the event at the beginning of the afternoon with an overview of the leather value chain, its evolution and best practices. He will then give the stage to Otavio Klein, Executive Manager at producer Minerva Leather, where he has been responsible for commercial, sustainability, logistics and business intelligence since 2015.
