CCC increases its digital offer
The Poland-based footwear group has digitized the network of 750 stationary stores in Central Europe. Additionally, CCC has announced the launch of its ccc.eu online platform in Greece and Croatia
The CCC group has extended the availability of e-kiosks produced by the Polish company Navono to nearly 750 stationary stores in Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary and Romania. This solution allows the customer to check the availability of goods in the desired size as well as finding other products amid the online offer by using a tablet with the CCC application. Selected footwear or accessories can be tried on immediately and, if a product is unavailable in the store, the customer can easily order it on the tablet for home delivery.

“At CCC, we focus on omnichannel – we want to be available wherever our client is, where he likes to shop. The online and offline worlds are increasingly intertwining. Consumers appreciate the variety of offers on the Internet. At the same time, they want to be able to see the product and try it on before buying it. E-kiosks in stationary stores are exactly this solution that combines the virtual and real-world”, commented Jakub Grzelak, Managing Director for Retail at the CCC Group.

CCC.eu debuts in Croatia and Greece

Online store CCC.eu has now entered the Croatian and Greece markets, reinforcing the international presence of the group. In Greece, CCC has also launched a mobile application, which works in 8 countries. The group considers Croatia and Greece important markets with high development potential in the e-commerce segment and intends to adapt the collection to local preferences. This year, the CCC online store has made its debut in Ukraine, Slovenia, Bulgaria and, just a few weeks ago, in Russia.

Adam Marciniak joins Management Board

Considering the strategy of digitization undertaken by the Group, CCC has decided to strengthen the composition of its Management Board. To that end, Adam Marciniak, one of the leading specialists in Poland in the field of digital business transformation, is now the Vice President of the Management Board for Technology and Digitization. Henceforth, he will supervise the development of technology, digitization and cybersecurity, in close cooperation with the business functions of stationery sales, CRM analytics and e-commerce.
