Burberry names Charlotte Baldwin as Chief Information Officer
The UK-based luxury label has named Charlotte Baldwin as Chief Information Officer, effective from the end of March. She will be responsible for leading Burberry’s global technology team
“I am very pleased to welcome Charlotte to Burberry. Charlotte is a highly experienced technology and digital leader with a track record of leading large-scale digital transformation”, commented Joshua Schulman, CEO of Burberry, to whom she will report.

Charlotte Baldwin, who will join at the end of March 2025, has been appointed to lead Burberry’s global technology team. She joins the company from Costa Coffee, where she is currently Global Chief Digital and Information Officer, overseeing the company’s technology, digital and data organisation.

Previously, she was Chief Information, Digital and Transformation Officer at Bupa Insurance and has held senior roles at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, Pearson and Thomson Reuters.

“I am delighted that Charlotte will be joining our leadership team and look forward to working with her to advance our technological capabilities and drive our strategy forward”, concluded Schulman.
