Brazilian Code shows the best of the local footwear industry
Brazil-made media group Grupo Sinos launched a new online magazine dedicated to the local footwear industry
Grupo Sinos is a Brazilian media company founded in 1957, which publishes six daily newspapers, three magazines and several different products, including websites, WebTV and also a radio station.
Exclusivo, a newspaper specialized in the footwear industry, is been published since 1969 as a platform to give voice to the sector. Lançamentos Magazine was released in 1973, showing the Brazilian retail market the best of the shoes and accessories for every and each season.
Both publications, with a countrywide circulation, are recognized for containing news about major footwear and fashion events around the globe. The readers are mainly retailers and industrials from the footwear business.
Now, Grupo Sinos launches the Brazilian Code Magazine, a full digital publication for the international market, aimed at international retailers, importers and distributors. The new publication, launched in September, and with a monthly periodicity, was completely developed for the digital platforms.
According to Roberta Pschichholz, Editor in Chief of the publication: “Shoes, bags and accessories are the focus of the pages, so, we choose to use less text. There is also a variety of galleries and videos to illustrate better the products.”.
Roberta adds "we researched more than 12 000 contacts in 160 countries, and those numbers are increasing. The magazine is being delivered to the public really interested in the Brazilian footwear and we hope to be useful for the local industry".
