Bradco celebrates 10 successful years
A sophisticated company, producing bracelets for watches, which has been focusing on its constant technological evolution, in the optimization of working methods and in the modernization of its production
Bradco – Comercializção e Fabricação de Marroquinarias, has celebrated 10 years of consistent growth in Castelo de Paiva, in the north of Portugal, back in July. The company opened back in July 2005, leaded by Alain Baumgartner and Rosa Paiva. The duo has been close to all the management process and was responsible for the company’s organization since day one, namely for the recruitment of the first 5 employees. A small group trained by Swiss technicians with excellent skills in the process of making a watch bracelet. By the end of 2005, 10 more employees were recruited, and a decade later the dynamic company has a team of 150 employees.

In the recent years the company has diversified its portfolio of products and produces bracelets for watches, belts, bags, briefcases, business card holders, amongst others. The Portuguese-based company has important partnerships with internationally recognized brands, which gives them the ability to place their products near the most demanding customers.

Currently, Bradco exports 100% of its production and its main focus is to excel in its deliveries to the final customer. As a result the most exclusive stores, located in countries such as, Spain, France, Italy, UK, Germany, China, USA, Dubai or Japan, trust Bradco for delivering the final product and to support their customers in the post-sale service.

To guarantee this, Bradco is very keen to constantly be up to date with the most developed technologies, while focusing on optimizing working methods and investing in new computerized cut and sew machines and 3D machinery. All materials used in the process, from leather to textiles, are also tested (color, flaws, etc) and quality tests are implemented along all productive process.
