Assocalzaturifici names a new President for the Young Entrepreneurs division
Federica de Pascale, who works in her family's business, Calpierre, has been named the new President of the Young Entrepreneurs of the Italian Footwear Manufacturers Association
De Pascale will succeed Elisa Lanciotti and remain in the role for the four-year period 2023-2027. Currently enrolled in the Economics and Business School of the University of Naples Federico II, she is already working for her family's business, Calpierre, which was founded by her grandfather Ciro De Pascale in the 1960s. Training, inclusion and involvement, and transversality with the different trade associations are the cornerstones of her mandate.
“Investing in training young people is essential, bringing their attention to development policies, increasing their management, communication and tech skills. I also believe encouraging an ongoing and constant discussion among Young Entrepreneurs is equally important in order to grow both personally and professionally in their industry and sector, scheduling meetings aimed at laying the groundwork for them to become the future leaders of the association”, she stated.
The newly appointed President will work alongside four Vice-Presidents, namely Eleonora De Lucia of Calzaturificio Marciano, Gianluca Tomat of Lotto Sport Italia, Matteo Piervincenzi of Calzaturificio LE.PI., and Thomas Schlecht of Parabiago Collezioni.
