adidas to further release existing YEEZY products this month
A second batch of YEEZY products will be released in phases throughout August, with a significant amount to be donated to selected organisations working to combat discrimination and hate
As with the release in May 2023, this one will encompass products initiated in 2022. The range, which will be available from today through adidas' digital platforms, will include some of the most popular designs, including the YEEZY BOOST 350 V2, 500 and 700 as well as the YEEZY SLIDE and FOAM RNR.
The sportswear giant added that it will continue to support organisations that tackle the issues of discrimination and hate, with donations to partners such as the Anti-Defamation League (ADL) and the Philonise & Keeta Floyd Institute for Social Change, but also new ones, notably Robert Kraft’s Foundation to Combat Antisemitism (FCAS). In addition, it will include blue square pins with selected products sold in North America, these having been established by FCAS through their #StandUpToJewishHate campaign launched earlier this year.
Since terminating the partnership with YEEZY in October 2022, adidas has been seeking the feedback of employees, organizations, communities, and consumers to better explore how to responsibly manage the existing inventory.
