Dedicated to the theme From Fashion to Factory: A New Technological Age, the event will gather important international players in Porto for three days of visits to factories and two days of conferences with 30 speakers.

According to Mr. Yves Morin, President of the UITIC: "The 20^th UITIC Congress in Porto is already a success. We have witnessed an impressive record of registrations and the event is sold out."

APICCAPS and the CTCP are expecting more than 500 participants from more than 30 different countries, for the 20th edition of the UITIC Congress, including footwear manufacturers, suppliers of equipment and technologies, producers of materials, distribution and retail companies, footwear associations, technical centers, universities and journalists.

Being part of this community, which will be gather in Porto for almost one week to discuss issues such as development strategies, business models, fashion and design, automation and robotics, advanced materials, sustainability and training processes with experts from various parts of the world, coming from Brazil, China, France, Germany, India, Italy, Romania, Spain, the USA and obviously from the hosting country, Portugal, will offer immense possibilities for information exchange and networking.
